Registration
- Circles need to register for camp before the registration deadline. There is also an option to register for all camps at the beginning of the year and make equal payments througtht the year.

- Friday - Camp usually opens around 5:00 PM on Friday, but this may vary slightly per location. When you arrive at the camp, please check in at headquarters to receive campsite and activities schedule. At 9:00 PM that night, a Navigator's meeting will be held.
- Saturday - camp activities begin. These activities vary by camp location but may include: canoeing, archery, horseback riding, BB Guns, and ropes courses. Saturday night features a the Great North Collin Country Federation Ceremonial Fire.
- Sunday - A short chapel and awards ceramony is held. Packing and camp site clean-up follows. Campers usually leave by noon.
Council Fire Closing Ceremony:
And now (point with both hands at your feet) may the Great Spirit (point
with both arms above your head skyward) of All Great Spirits (make circles
with your hands 3 times). Be with you (point with both hands at the person
across from you), Now (point with both hands at your feet) and Forever (point
skyward pretending to shoot an imaginary bow and arrow).

- Please check yourself and your child in the morning and evening.
- Please use insect repellent, even try treating clothes before putting them on. Treat around your feet extremely well.
- The YMCA will have some extra spray available in the office.
- No firewater (alcoholic beverages) in camp! The YMCA is not, and never will be, prepared for the liability this could incur.
- Camp officially opens at around 5:00 PM, although this can vary. Do not show up early.
- All Navigator's must check in at the camp's main office to insure receiving credit for honor points, and tent assignments. (Note: Check-in is also helpful so you can be contacted in case of an emergency.)
- Please upon arrival at your tent or camp, check for the following:
- Sufficient number of bunks
- Any damage to the canvas of the tent
- Any cabin with broken windows, water leak, etc...
- Any damage you feel should be reported to the camp office.
- Car must be parked in the assigned area. Do not remove posts to drive cars to tents sites for loading or unloading of gear. In some cases two wheel cars are available.
- Do not take bunks from other tents. You must check with Frisco YMCA staff or Base Camp Officer first.
- All Guides must be accompanied by a Navigator on the fishing pier.
- All Guides must be accompanied by a Navigator while boating. Everyone must wear a life jacket, this includes Navigator's.
- Each Circle is responsible for leaving its quarters and surrounding area cleaner than you found it. You must have your quarters checked out by a Base Camp Officer before you may leave camp.
- One campfire per tent/cabin. The fire must be in the fire ring or grill if there's one provided.
- All non-highway ATVs (All Terrain Vehicle) are not part of the YMCA program and must be left at home.

- Coordinate food including meals not provided by the camp. Friday Night Supper is not provided by the camp.
